We are now offering our clients assistance with their prototype development needs. With state of the art on-site equipment, your invention will be successfully converted into a working prototype.
The process we utilize is called Fused Deposition Modeling. Some people refer to this machine as a 3D printer. Some other processes such as Stereo Lithography produce a prototype that is more fragile and less accurate, especially in larger models. The equipment we use is the higher end of modeling machinery which produces a superior model you can actually use without it falling apart.
The Rapid Prototype Development Machine operation costs are determined by the cubic inch of material that is needed for your prototype. This can only be determined after you have the engineering drawings completed and the digital STL file has been entered into a software program to determine the cubic inch of material needed. Because our company owns and operates this equipment, we are offering our clients a wholesale price for rapid prototype services.
Below are some samples of prototypes that have been made from the Stratasys FDM Vantage machine.
